Peekpile came out of years of watching brilliant African designers, engineers, and editors get overlooked by clients who wanted to hire them but couldn’t figure out how. So we built the thing we wished existed.

Gabe Okunwolu
Gabe started Peekpile after years of watching African designers, engineers, and editors do great work while the world hired someone louder. He wanted a name for that gap and a product that closed it.
He runs the vision and the product. Every screen and flow in Peekpile has been in his notebook first: how a client posts a brief, how a talent earns the verified badge, why the shortlist arrives in twelve minutes instead of twelve days.
His long-term bet is simple. If the trust piece is solved, African talent competes on the merits. Peekpile is the place that solves the trust piece.
Founder
Jubril Dimeji
Jubril builds the systems that keep Peekpile honest. Verification pipelines, escrow rails, matching signals, the pieces you never see but feel every time the platform works.
He came into the founding team because scaling trust is an engineering problem, not a marketing one. Every verified profile passes through infrastructure he architected. Every payout runs on rails he designed.
His obsession is durability. When ten thousand talent onboard and ten thousand clients post at once, Peekpile still runs like it did on day one. That is the standard he holds the team to.
